How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on scope and deliverables, but we will always give you a realistic estimate before your project begins. Starlight Marketing also accepts rush projects when needed and consistently meets deadlines, even on fast–turn requests. Our goal is to deliver high–quality work on your schedule.

What final files will I receive?

You’ll receive all standard print–ready and web–ready files required for publishing, along with editable design files and any project assets used (such as stock images, illustrations, or custom graphics). We want you to have everything you need for future use across print, digital, and internal applications.

Will I own the final design?

Yes. Once your project is completed and delivered, you will own the final design files and assets included in the scope of work. You’ll receive all deliverables necessary to use, reproduce, and publish your designs however you need.

What do you need from me to get started?

Typically, we ask for your project goals, brand materials (such as logos, colors, or existing guidelines), any relevant content or copy, and examples of what you like. If you don’t have established brand guidelines, we can create them for you or help develop a fresh visual direction. Once we have your materials, a signed proposal and deposit, we can begin right away.

Do you offer ongoing design support or retainer services?

Yes. Starlight Marketing offers ongoing design support for businesses that need consistent creative production, as well as retainer agreements for monthly or quarterly design needs. This is ideal for brands that want reliable, on–call design expertise.

Can you work with my existing brand guidelines?

Absolutely. We frequently work with established brand systems to ensure consistent, on–brand design. If you do not have brand guidelines, we can also create a complete visual identity or help refresh your existing brand.

Do you design for print and digital platforms?

Yes. We provide design services for all print and digital applications, including signage, packaging, marketing materials, web graphics, advertising formats, social media, and more. Every file is prepared to meet the specifications of the platform where it will be used.

Do you collaborate with other vendors, such as printers or developers?

We’re happy to work alongside your preferred printers, marketing teams, or other partners. If you need printing services, we also have trusted print partners we can connect you with for high–quality production.
